Dear Michael -

I just wanted to write and tell you how thrilled we are with our new basement. More importantly, we wanted to tell you how much we appreciated how professional and thorough everyone from Renovation Systems has been.

Built in 1905, our house had a very dark, damp basement. You came in and worked very closely with me on every step of the initial designs. You gave us invaluable advice about what to avoid, what to feature, and the most economical way to build a beautiful lower level.

So thank you for the nearly flawless maple woodwork, the carpeting laid so well over the worst possible cement floor, the extra bathroom with the coolest tile I've ever seen, the large family room for our rambunctious boys, and especially for all the hard work put in by you and Brett Ulen.

Thanks to you guys, our basement is now our favorite place in the house.

A few years ago we decided that our 25 year old kitchen badly needed updating. We went to the Home & Garden Show, and talked to several remodelers, and made appointments to discuss our project. I wanted to ask you if you or anyone you know could help me out with something. We have water dripping down from our kitchen window (over the sink); probably from and ice dm, darn it. Or, it could simply be the roof that needs to be replaced. Anyway, I thought I would ask you because of the EXCEPTIONAL work you did for us with the kitchen.
